Hot Pita

“Hot Pita” is a musical comedy about pita bread. The show is at 8PM on Sunday, November 13th. Tickets are $5.

A lot of people are confused as to what this show is and why it exists. Basically, I (Duane) asked the Dramatech leadership if they would let me do an independent show in our space one night, and they said “sure.” This show isn’t part of Dramatech’s official season, and they pretty much have no idea what I’m going to be doing on November 13th. Pretty exciting.

The show (which is sung-though) weaves four storylines into one narrative. The main characters are:

Lincoln Chafee (http://www.politico.com/story/2015/10/lincoln-chafee-drops-out-of-democratic-race-215101)

Hugh Hefner (http://www.cosmopolitan.com/entertainment/books/news/a42332/holly-madison-book-worst-things-about-hugh-hefner/)

Alexander Akimov (http://atomicinsights.com/accident-at-chernobyl-caused-explosion/)

and Pete Blunder (A fictional guy).

The show “contains adult content,” but morality is relative and censorship is sharpest tool of the oppressors, so feel free to bring your small children along.

If you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to shout them into the void. If fate is on your side, a lonely echo will deliver the answer you seek.
