The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

You have to keep your head in the game if you want to be the champion of the spelling bee. For this diverse group of teenage spellers, each presented word carries humorous, heart-wrenching and embarrassing stories of life at home. Keeping a clear head in the midst of these distractions can cause them to hear that soul-crushing “ding” of the bell – a spelling mistake. Only one can win, the rest get juice boxes.
