Technical Director (Brad Wells): * Try to buy audio-vault today * Getting jukebox for RR tomorrow * Pick lights to purchased * Schedule winch installers top come in late next week

President (Kelly Lefler): * We have an open house chair, Jon Olson * Kelly will be working with the Experiment, talk to Kelly if you are interested, wants to get with the directors maybe on the 5th * Thinking about doing big toaster/ little toaster * Need two other girls to go with Kelly on girl’s night out * Working on social activities ideas, if you have something in mind talk to Kelly

Business Manager (Eric Sample): * No update on Buzzard system * No food at meetings or work parties until Coke Machine is fixed * Turn in receipts

Production Manager (Martha Jaworshi): * Red Ryder: Have positions full. Tech week is next week. * BBIF: Had a meeting with Matthew F. He will be sending me updates on progress. Thus far looks good. Need a stage manager / tech person. * WSS: Have a few positions filled. Email me if you are interested in anything.

Marketing Director (James Lentini): * If anyone has special thanks for program for RR send to James * Got a mailing list of high schools for postcards * Emailed Technique Sunday * Publicity class worked on signs * Trying to get in touch with the publicity person from LCC * Emailed Friends of DT * WSS two people interested in poster design
