Officer Reports:

Artistic Director (Greg Abbott): Not Present

Technical Director (Brad Wells): Need main to do list projects this week, year long list

President (Kelly Lefler): * NEED! Open House Chair- a couple of people have said they may be able to do it, but we need to start getting organized. * Mail thing: There was an issue with mail not being deliverable- Danielle asked that it be delivered to her, but nothing happened. Greg talked to the post office and they said there was nothing wrong. I emailed them- haven't heard back, going to go over and chat with them tomorrow morning to make sure that everything is OK. * Meeting with Jennifer Johnson tomorrow morning about Girls Night Out, so I will have information about that at the club meeting tomorrow night. * Club meeting tomorrow night needs to be announced/posted. * Website content-- please please please post things-- I have a history of DT thing to go on the About: Main... some sections have been "assigned"...but things like the culture section could be updated by just about anyone.

  • SOCIAL EVENT!!!! Thursday the Fox is showing the movie Phantom of the Opera at 8pm- tickets are $7. Anyone interested in going gather at DT at 7 and we can all walk there together... afterward we'll go get dinner somewhere relatively inexpensive, perhaps Fellini's- but somewhere to be determined by the group in attendance.
  • Additionally, no one seems to want to be the sole coordinator of DT social events, but I think it would be ok to say something like "we'll have a thing one Wednesday a month" or something like that and have people sign up to coordinate them individually- a lot of people have said that they'd be fine with doing a couple, but they don't know enough about their schedules to take on such a big job.

Production Manager (Martha Jaworski): * Red Ryder is going pretty well * Need ops for VT * Need VT people to get together with Jon about lights * Need to talk to BBIF * If you are interested in West Side email Martha

Marketing Director (James Lentini): * Red Ryder is still waiting on p-card for posters * Program design is being worked by Eric M * Publicity class is still working on the sign * Website is updated * Cyberbuzz has the show dates for Red Ryder

Secretary (Aubrie Lee): No Report

VarityTech: Had first singing rehearsal Sunday, first dance Monday

LTT!: * Working on radio show on WREK radio from maybe this Sunday * BBIF is getting off the ground, five troops are committee * Looking for a stage manager Friday and Saturday for BBIF * Requested a room for the workshops * Trying to get in touch with CRC people, hard to contact

MMDT: We have a meeting tonight at 7

Old Business: * Winch * Facade * Buzzcard- hopeful installing today, probably be able too work soon
