Business Manager (Alli Hundley) : * Scott is HM for BBIF. * If anyone is interested in ushering, tickets, concessions, sign up on door to hallway.
Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) **: * Looking for another ASM for Macbeth. Good opportunity to get involved/learn more. * Need a SM for VT * BBIF is next Wednesday through Sunday. Risers are going to be put up next Wednesday at 5pm. There will probably be pizza.
Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) : * Macbeth coming up. * Little response to MCMs. Email marketing@dramatech.org if you are interested in marketing and include what you’re interested in and when you can meet. * Chalking for BBIF after this meeting. * Need to change the marquee.
Secretary (Julie Dykas) : * No report.
MAL (Brad Knebel) : * If you have any concerns, comments, or suggestions, let him know so he can bring it up to the EC (in confidence).
President (Eric Sample) : * No report.
Technical Director (Brad Wells) : * Recently aquired a projection screen and light cables. Today we received a strobe light. * We will be turning the box office into a costume workshop (permanently). There will be a permanent wall installed eventually (semester break). * All sewing machines working. * Restocking to have actual working costume room.
Committee Reports
Historian (Morgan Miller) : * Historian stuff will be moved to EC closet. * Suggestions for hanging posters still welcome.
LTT!:
* First newbie workshop Monday, 12 people attended.
* LTT!’s BBIF performance is Wednesday.
* Scott, Greg, Lindsey, and one other will attend GIF October 12th.
* Sign up to help with BBIF. Free entrance to shows (except Sunday)
* Sandwich board requested.
Social Futon:
* Comprised of Alli Hundley and Sofia Staton.
* Three events posted.
* Goal to have one event every week.
* Starting October, events will include seeing shows.
* DT does not foot the bill.
* Trivia tomorrow night. Meet here around 7pm. (Trivia goes 8-10)
Old Business * If interested in LT/BT, sign up.
New Business :
* First Center Student Advisory Board is looking for a DT representative. Up to two meetings per semester.
* Discussion of possible workshops to hold (light design, illustrator, intro to tech, Shakespeare)
* MMDT free showing on Wednesday at 7:30pm. Bring your own food. Actual show is Saturday at 8pm.
* PRC (Play Reading Committee) selects slate of plays for the next season (fall-summer). Generally about eight members, chosen by president. Sign up sheet for those interested is on board in stairwell. There is also a play suggestion sheet next to it. If you are interested in what we’ll be doing next year, sign up. Members will be decided by next meeting, no experience necessary.
