Officer Reports:
Artistic Director (Greg Abbott): * Dull's have approved the facade design, and Steve Cseplo is moving it up the ladder. * Barbizon is winning bid to do winch. they have to work some things out with Procurement, but it looks like this will get done in August. Money is encumbered. * I am trying to find out from Sophia what the deal is with money. I have invoiced CFA myself for one bill, and it will go through tomorrow. They ransferred ticket sale money from Woods, on April 27, so that money is in our account even though we were told it wasn't (unless something went wrong somewhere). * June 10, I believe is last day for us to spend money. * Eric--we need to talk to Sophia about getting another credit card, if she will let us have one. * I am leaving on Thursday. * West Side Story: Annie Cook is music director; Clay McCloud is choreographer.
Technical Committee (Brad Wells): * Will G. and Brad went through the list of everything that needed to happening at DT * Got in three lights from Barbizon
President (Kelly Lefler): * I have talk to Jennifer Johnson about girls night out * We need people to go to Atlanta Coalition for Performing Arts meeting July 10 * Still looking for open house chair
Business Manager (Eric Sample): Turn in receipts
Production Manager(Martha Jaworski): * Red Ryder seems to be going well. * VT/LTT! has an SM. I am going to ask Will W. when a good time to set up an initial production meeting with him (or whomever else in VT), Jon Olson, and Jessica Lindsey. Obviously this is dependent on when they decide on content. * Murder Mystery: Kelly has agreed to SM * WSS: Have gotten a few requests and selected a few people. Please email me if you are interested. * BBIF: Greg and I should schedule a time with improv shortly to see how things are going.
