Artistic Director (Greg Abbott): * The bid conference and site visit for the winch was Friday, think we can get it done August 12th * The facade- look at the picture WSS- need a music director, got an ad out * P-card is frozen, can't be used because the number has been compromised * Musical can't be moved to the Spring

President (Kelly Lefler): * Open house-Chair, Directors * GT Delegation to GHP, Kelly is going but needs DT stuff to take with her Looking for Stage Manager for MMDT, maybe Martha
Production Manager (Martha Jaworski): * Red Ryder is going. I am going to talk to Brad about what we need in terms of ops. * VT/LTT!: Jessica Lindsey is now stage manager * WSS: Let me know if you are interested.

Confirmed that VT will perform at Best in Show on July 10, 17 and Aug 7 and 17 from 10:00 to 10:20. LTT is already booked to performed.

6) Send advertisement to Shiela for FODT exposure
7) Try to get show dates on cyberbuzz calendar.
8) Investigate various newsletters and weblogs on campus for advertising shows.
