President (Kelly Lefler): * Murder Mystery Dinner Meeting- Thursday 6pm Theme: Wedding * Open House- Need Chair * CRC Camp-Improv will work with them, need to know what is a better time for tour, before/ after lunch? * Card Reader is being put in, Kelly will be writing the key-form
Technical Director (Brad Wells): Not Present
Production Manager (Martha Jaworski): * Production Meeting yesterday * need: Stage Manager for VT, Asst. Props Design and Master Electrician for Red Ryder * Red Ryder has been cast and is rehearsing
Business Manager (Eric Sample): * Reimbursements-turn in receipts * Gone for a week * p-card in safe, ask Greg if you need it

Emailed Katherin Malone about signing VT up for "Best in Show" awaiting reply. VT is interested and is willing to produce a 10- to 20-minute show for each session. Perform at each FASET Session except July 24, that is tech Sunday

Poster Design
Still two candidates, Decision pending discussion between Jordan Bethea and Kimberly J�rgen. Meeting possibly scheduled for Tuesday night, but still no reply from Jordan. Will try to decide by Wednesday and give one week for design.
Program Design
Possible candidate in publicity class - Eric Melcher. Has never designed a program before but has some design experience. Also, has offered the services of his father's printing service to print the programs possibly at-cost. Will not pursue arrangement until discussed with Greg Abbott and Kelly Lefler.

1) Put up sign up sheet for signing up to work box/house/concessions
2) Required 2 nights Red Ryder, 1 night VT.
3) Changed marquee.
4) Began cutting letter stencils for sign.

1) Update the website when website is ready. (July 8 at the absolute latest)
2) Find out more about "Arts at Tech" program (just to make sure).
3) Decide on a poster design and set deadline for final draft.
4) Find a program designer for Red Ryder.
5) Post show dates on AtlantaPerforms.com
6) Write up a teaser summary of Red Ryder for email advertising purposes.
7) Send advertisement to Shiela for FODT exposure
8) Try to get Show dates on cyberbuzz calendar.
9) Investigate various newsletters and weblogs on campus for advertising shows.
