Business Manager (Dan O'Rourke):
- No report

Production Manager (Andrew Nemchik):
- show is coming along
- Still need 2 stagehands
- Tech Sunday
- Summer Freshman might stop in to learn about DT
- Having Drama Camp in DT is a show of good will with CFA

Marketing Director (David Hollis):
- Poster is getting proofed today
- How far along is program?
- We should get a FB event set up
- Show should be in “Latest News” feed, preferably with poster design

Secretary (Alyssa Kuncaitis):
- Newbie list made

Member at Large (Josh Mysona):
- No report

President (Melinda Ellington):
- No report

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):
- No report

TSC:
- Mike has disappeared from our correspondence
- Deech and Solace are trying to fix the DT network accounts problem
- More people learning the sound board
- Deech taught some people about the light board
- Lots of problems locking up, please lock everything when you are the last one to leave
- Don't mess with the e-shop equipment
- Need to replace the lock that was cut for malfunctioning

BBCF:
- Next meeting is July 11th
- They have booked Under the Couch for the Tournament
- Expedite the choosing of OPs please
- Confusion in the EC about having Tournament in UTC
- Ask Quigley your queries
- Finding ways to save money on travel

PPM:
- pushing this till fall semester when we have more people

Old Business:
- Sewing machines still need to be fixed, a bobbin holder is missing
- AC is working in DT again
- The drum unit on the printer is broken
- The facade deliberation continues
