DramaTech EC Meeting April 19, 2011

Business Manager (Doug Abrams): - reimbursements are filled out
- have to deposit money from little shop
- show selling well

Production Manager (Keller Smith): - show is opening in CFA Thursday
- we have a director for summer show

Marketing Director (Bret Brammer): - don't need any more programs
- putting out email for tshirts
- goint to prepay tshirts

Secretary (Cameron Paul) - found a temp for over the summer

Member at Large (Alyssa Kuncaitis) - MAL key is lost

President (David Quigley): - no more club meetings

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - working on budget to report to school president
- facade is stalled at the moment
- meeting with development to further financial donors

TSC: - talking about purchasing ipod touch and software for ion
- imac messed up, looking at getting Adobe CS5
- need to get winch and genie inspection

Committee Reports

LTT! - elected PM and Leader, didn't dissolve
- no more shows this semester
- need dates for summer show

Historian: - ltt show taped
- little shop taped again in our space
- working on taping in ferst center

Banquet: - have awards
- have gifts
- website is up
- need more RSVPs
- working on set on Sunday

Old Business: - continuing ppm drafts through end of semester
- still need to schedule BBCF meeting

New Business: - getting CS5
- need to find TSC replacements
