Business Manager (Doug Abrams): - Aware of reimbursements

Production Manager (Keller Smith): - need one spot op

Marketing Director (Bret Brammer): - there is 600ft of vines for facade
- posters have been printed
- programs going in stairwell tomorrow
- headshots are being taken tomorrow

Secretary (Cameron Paul) - see me if you sent absentee ballot and are here

Member at Large (Alyssa Kuncaitis) - new sign for production office door
- it has been dropped, will be fixed soon

President (David Quigley): - EC elections in a few minutes
- continuing drafts to PPM, looking to draft banquet, prc, open house, house management, LTT, TSC
- planning safety policy
- cleaning after the meeting

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - had a meeting about facade, rolling us into ferst center renovation

TSC: - we have the correct sound board - looking at SeaChanger - keep theater clean
