DramaTech Club Meeting October 6, 2010
Business Manager (Doug Abrams): - Budget for fiscal year is due october 15th - need house managers
Production Manager (Keller Smith): - Count is going well - VT is over - need 2 stage hands for count - come to work parties
Marketing Director (Bret Brammer): - poster design for Count will be finished this week - decided to not do Atlanta Show Guide - call still out for program design - come to marketing class tomorrow at noon
Secretary (Cameron Paul) - hopefully I can update website soon
Member at Large (Jorge Nessi) - still looking for leaders for arts festival
President (David Quigley): - Check weekly update - Ammending parking policy effective october 11th
Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - officially have rights to little shop - don't go into Ferst Center when you're not supposed to - fire marshal will be coming at some point - costume dock has been cleaned - meeting with BBCF planners on sunday
TSC: - working with Keith to find time to start - fire marshal will be coming soon - there was a web site outage, it has been resolved

LTT! - bi-weekly show on 15th
PRC - PRC signup is in the stairwell
Historian: - BBCF videos have been made - now have control of IMDT - VT/LTT was taped and photographed - Purchasing double page spread in blueprint - still discussing legal issues about distributing videos - need someone to film monte cristo
Website: - in the process of moving to new hosting - go to www-prod.dramatech.org - talk to Cameron if interested in helping
