DramaTech Club Meeting August 25th, 2010

Business Manager (Doug Abrams): - no report

Production Manager (Keller Smith): - auditions on Sunday/Monday for count - auditions for varety tech Monday sept. 6 - need light and sound ops for BBIF - need various positions filled for for count - ask old members for info on buzzcard forms

Marketing Director (Bret Brammer): - sign up for marketing class - marquees have been cahnged - putting out vtt poster/program call - looking into bus ads

Secretary (Cameron Paul) - no report

Member at Large (Savannah Cookson) - organizing the library Sundays from 11 to 2

President (David Quigley): - no alcohol/drugs in theater - must have proper attire for work parties - proper lock up policy is at top of stairwell - don't take anything out of theater without talking to the business manager - students in free enterprise exists

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - working with BBCF - working with parking - having workshops after club meetings

TSC: - reorganized the eshop - interviewing for a new technical director - do not prop doors open - do not use equipment you don't know how to use - exit signs are fixed

LTT! - LTT is doing bi-weekly shows Fridays at 8 - come to workshops Monday at 8 and Saturday at 10

Historian: - thanks to sam for covering over summer - if you have old archivable mnaterial send it to historian - need camera to record experiments

Open House Committee: - open house is happening

BBCF - talk to greg to get involved

New Business: - call is out for PRC chair - there may be a murder mystery dinner theater - MAL nominations are open
