Business Manager (Ashley Webber): - Need house manager - Filed all reimbursements, find Ashley if you haven't gotten a refund

Production Manager (Keller Smith): - Need ops for Arsenic and Old Lace - Everything is on schedule

Marketing Director (Alex Pennington): - We have poster and program designs

Secretary (Cameron Paul) - no report

Member at Large (Savannah Cookson) - no report

President (David Quigley): - Deech is the open house chair

TSC: - Scott McGraw is our technical director for the summer - Facilities looked at leak - Costume dock clean up went well

LTT! - Show dates are after Friday shows of Arsenic and Old Lace - BBCF needs support, want student involvement

Historian: - need someone to stand in for Arsenic and Old Lace

Website: - A call for coders went out

Open House Committee: - Having meetings on Monday - Established a schedule and flyer prototype - Putting up posters closer to open house

New Business: - Drama camp is in black box now - Scheduling a post mortem for producers - Considering weekly meetings
