Club Meeting Minutes

Business Manager (David Quigley):
- Business is happening;
- Call for House Crew positions
- Particularly during Ferst days, when we need a whole bunch of Ushers
- Sign up is on the door of the information superhallway
- Reimbursements
- If you have a pending reimbursement
- Email quigs with the approximation of what you owe
Production Manager (Jessica Gibson)
- Have a few production hiccups, especially regarding stage stuff
- There may some work parties to lift (periac...) (something i can't spell)
- Move to CFA is coming up relatively shortly
- Will be talking to people at certain times
- Working out light plots and other things with CFA
- Will need some people to pull an allnighter to assist
- They are interested in teaching, training, for light plots and things
- Start by volunteering and in the future they may be willing to pay
- Will need to be highly organized
- Everyone needs to be aware of the fact that we have certain priorities that need to be met
- Needs lots of people to help out with that.
- Move back from CFA will not be as painful
- Cannot go to Cast Party until SM and PM say that you're allowed to leave
- Costumes will need a lot of hands on stuff
- Would like to stress that they are professionals and have been doing this longer than we have
- Please be respectful of CFA people and act with a certain level of professionalism
- If you are interested in helping with the lights stuff, then Deech will hold a class on Saturday
- If you have any specific questions about the organization of the move, talk to Jess about it
- Cannot leave until strike is done
- Improvathon is 24th/25th - ends before CFA show.
Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas):
- Now have fliers that don't have prices
- Have buy1-get1-free coupons for CFA shows
- Thursday and Friday will have a table out there, but will need people
- Few more slots that need to be filled, to hand out flyers and such
- Please, the list is in the stairwell on the middle left side
- Got an email from RECK radio saying they want to do daily a PSA about our show
