minutes for Club Meeting on wed mar 31 2010 at 06:00 pm
Business Manager (David Quigley):
- Turn in receipts ASAP so that we have more receipts to teach Doug with.
- Will be dealing with business later this week, depending on what schedules allow.
- Melinda is House Manager for Producers. If you can't be on Run Crew, you can do House Crew.
Production Manager (Jessica Gibson):
- Producers is moving along
- Whoever is putting pulleys along the ceiling will be shot
- Desperate for Run Crew. DESPERATE. Absolutely need many many many people.
- Will be dressed up like a disgruntled Techie.
- May possible allow wearing a cape.
- Have to start showing up Sunday.
- Really really really need people.
- Has a schedule change.
- Need to show up thursday evening (6-10pm) - Gigantic Work Party.
- All day Friday (from 10am on) will be a work party until rehearsal.
- Really do need help at this point.
- Will be a pseudo Tech Sunday that evening.
- Arsenic and Old Lace
- Will be directed by Quigley.
- Will be putting out calls soon for all that.
- Talk to Keller and Jessica about this.

Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas):
- Things are being marketed
- Sandwich Board should be out about 3-4 days ago
- Banner design is done
- You can take one or two posters and put them somewhere
- Have the student center plasma things
- T-Shirt Design will be forthcoming
- If you haven't ordered a T-Shirt and would like one, look at the last weekly update for the link to a google form.
- When design exists, will let people know about it.
- If you would like to do Chalking, by all means, all the information is available
- No Spray Chalk
- Week before Earth Week, will be out on Skiles - giving out by one get one free coupons for Producers. Will need one or two people to run the table. Should be out during peak hours of the day.
- Morgan is involved with the designs of Earth Week stuff

- Please turn in your scholarship applications by April 17th. It's free money, so why not?
- Please help with the show. It's a massive undertaking and we need all hands on deck.
- Please sign up for my class in the fall once registration begins. LCC 4602. Acting with a focus on film acting. It (hopefully if I can get everything done in the next few weeks) will count for Humanities Credit.
- Please remember that if you're going to help with the changeover to the Ferst Center and you need an official absence to email by tomorrow to me at ad@dramatech.org the following:
