Business Manager (David Quigley):
- Will be meeting with Nin to do reimbursments on Friday
- Statistics
- 295 Tickets Sold
- Brought in a lot of money
Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas):
- Full swing for producers
- Accepting poster ideas for Producers until the 10th.
- Have been talking about some different marketing ideas
- Trying to see how to get onto the billboard
- Putting up a booth on Skiles?
- Marketing Zeppellin? 5$ for that.
- Move to Active Marketing as opposed to passive stuff
Secretary (Aurel Lazar):
- No report of importance
- Just mention CoCaeasar's event
El Presidente (Deech Madhavan):
- Thanking everyone for coming to see pillowman
Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):
- Acting Class
- Working on making her class a Humanities Credit
- Working on pushing the performing arts minor
- Working on making it so the class can be taken multiple times
- GT Jam for Haiti
- Looking for a Stage Manager amongst our ranks
- Producers
- Everything is taken care of for Producers for tickets of things
- Continues to pay scenic director et. al. of
- We want to be able to get people to say that they are fans of Dramatech as opposed to just show specific marketing
- Doing another Surplus thing: monitors, the weird printer, list of corkboards
Production Manager (Jessica Gibson):
- Pillowman closed, thanks to Pillowman people, thanks to those who did Pillowman set
- At 3pm on Saturday - Will be Paper Macheing for Headdresses and such
- We will need help
- Will also be there at 2pm on Sunday
- Basic lights stuff going on Saturday at 1
- Set Party is on Sunday at 1
- Still looking for Band Members
- MMDT is going well
Member at Large (Bret Brammer):
TSC:
- Still waiting on replacement parts from facilities
- Have received and closed acceptance things for new TD
- Figured out what's wrong with the printer - please do not move it physically
- Have an opportunity to get a plotter that works!

- Having some very good discussions
- Looking at banquet components
- Putting out a call for acts
