- Auditions are Wednesday the 18th at 7:30. Scripts are in the Green Room.
- I still need a few positions (MC, AMC, ME, and costumer). I have emailed people about that and have gotten a couple replies.
- First production meeting was yesterday. I'm planning on keeping them at the same time (Mondays at 6pm) until I get the conflicts from the new positions and a couple of people's work schedules.
- I put out a call last night for SM, ASM, and LD for VT/LTT! shows. West Side Story

- FASET Booklet Advertisement
Ordered and turned in one-page advertisement for DramaTech Theatre to be placed in booklet handed to FASET attendees. Page contains the following:
1) Brief description of who we are.
2) Brief description of where we are.
3) brief general descriptions of LTT, VT, Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre, and Mainstage Productions.
4) A weekly events list including days/times for improv workshops, light hangs, and set parties.
5) A list of productions (e.g. Red Ryder, VT Summer Show, West Side) and the semesters in which they will occur

- FASET Best in Show performances
Spoke with Merideth Ray about possible FASET Best in Show performances. Ray referred Katherine Malone (the student running Best in Show) to us.
1) Referred Katherine to improv officers, who arranged to perform at FASET best in show.
2) Also mentioned VT as possible candidate, but no promises - need to find out from group at meeting next Sunday if they are up to putting on a few numbers by July 10.

Poster Design
1) Two candidates for poster design: Jordan Bethea and Will Wright, submitting a total of three concepts for the design.
2) Meeting with Kimberly J�rgen on Tuesday night(5/17/2005) to discuss the poster designs
3) Plan: decide which concept to use by end of week and have final draft ready for review within two weeks.
Program Design
Still no official program designer. Will Gloss is willing, but only if necessary. Post to newsgroup.

Currently two candidates for poster design. Awaiting info on specifications before giving the go-ahead.
- DramaTech Commercial
Will Wright is working on a short commercial for DramaTech to be shown at "Arts at Tech presentation," and also to be screened on plasma screens in Student Center.
Mentioned the video to Publicity class in case any are interested in helping.
- Publicity Class
Very small. Seven people signed up on Oscar, but only three showed up on Monday May 16.
1) Got contact information.
2) Briefed students on the type of jobs to be done
3) Mentioned show dates for this summer and told students to think of which days they would prefer to do box office/house managing. Will wait until after drop week before signing up for specific shows.

1) Update the website when website is ready. (July 8 at the absolute latest)
2) Find out more about "Arts at Tech" program.
3) Decide on a poster design and set deadline for final draft.
4) Find a program designer for Red Ryder.
5) Post show dates on AtlantaPerforms.com
6) Write up a teaser summary of Red Ryder for email advertising purposes.
7) Send advertisement to Shiela for FODT exposure
8) Try to get Show dates on cyberbuzz calendar.
9) Investigate various newsletters and weblogs on campus for advertising shows.
