Club Meeting

EC Members Present: Deech, Patrick, Aurel, Melissa, Brett

Business Manager (David Quigley):

• Call for House Manager is up
• Needs to put up sign up sheet on door so that people can help out with House Crew
• Large round of reimbursements are in; email quigs

Production Manager (Jessica Gibson):

• Absent

Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas):

• Pillowman Posters are done and printing now
• Just started submitting producers and will be sent out after this meeting
• Programs for Pillowman are underway now
• Morgan is doing Programs for Producers
• Open for Producers Posters/Ideas
• Marquee is changed to reflect producers

Secretary (Aurel Lazar):

• EC needs to go clean out mailboxes

Member at Large (Brett Brammer):

• No Report

President (Deech Madhavan):

• Julie is the banquet chair
• Sign ups are in the stairwell

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• Please make sure doors are not propped open and left unattended
• On the 23rd of April - Producers will be loaded from here to Ferst - will need as many club members as possible.
  • Will need as many hands as possible to make that happen
• Met with IAC people to get a facade for our building
  • We need to be able to raise the money relatively quickly

TSC:

• Had a meeting last weekend, talked about many things
• Going forward with plan to get maintenance tasks done around here
• Trying to put together a mailing list of techies to help out
• If you would like be on that last, email tsc@dt
• After Pillowman Opens, will be going and consolidating everyone's wishlists that will be on the booth door; with time and skill levels on it
• The restroom is usable, ladies, but everything is in there and needs to be removed
• It is a good bit of sadness that Malina has announced that she will be leaving us at the end of Spring
  • She has loved every minute of being here
  • The EC will be putting together everything that is required to start the Tech Director Search

• Pub Wolf Nominations end on monday and elections will
• Ordered T-Shirts
• Off to NCCAF soon!

Historian

• No Report

PRC

• Next Club Meeting - Will be presenting the plays
• Two weeks will be given for people to read the plays and listen to music.
• Scripts will be accessible online and in the Green Room
• If you have any questions, ask a PRC member to find out why a specific play is not part of that
• PRC needs to get started earlier next year for rights issues

Website

• Morgan and Cameron are working on a few changes to Morgan's design
• Will be talking to John tomorrow
• Will be busying themselves with other administrative details

Banquet Committee

• Sign up in the stairwell!

New Business

• DramaTech has three scholarships, keep an ear open for those
• Computer attachment problems on one of the computers upstairs
• Murder Mystery is going on - if you're not in it, its on March 18th
  • Cook Themed
• CoCaesar's is looking for a few people to act in a film noir theme
• The Good Body needs females to do reading
• Reallly need stage hands for Pillowman - will be wearing Ninja Masks
• Set Party tomorrow from 3-6; if you can devote any time at all, they'd be thankful
• Will be opening up EC Nominations for the next school year
  • Nominations will be open for two weeks
  • Will know new EC the week before Spring Break
