Club Meeting
January 20th, 2010
In Attendance: Jessica, Patrick, Andrew, Deech, Aurel, Melissa, Graham
Business Manager (David Quigley)
- If you are expecting money from a reimbursement, email him at business@dramatech.org because the people at SGA were flooded out of their office.
- He is working on a written breakdown on how the process works
Production Manager (Jessica Gibson)
- Pillowman
- The set is 60-80% built.
- Thank the set class, who did a fantastic job
- Call for Crew Hands for Pillowman; need lots of stage hands too
- Could use more ASMs for Pillowman
- Producers
- Producers has started rehearsals.
- Rehearsals are from now until the day Producers ends
- Murder Mystery Dinner Theater
- MMDT Auditions are now Tuesday and Wednesday
- MMDT is in the student center; will work around your schedule so you can be there
- Work Parties are Saturday and Sunday, come and you will get
- Needs assistant positions, like especially for costumes
Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas)
- Pillowman poster design is done
- Producers things still need doing
- Deadlines are fast approaching
- Email Patrick with ideas if you have anything
- Needs a program for Producers
- Needs a vounteer to tweak the marquee
Secretary (Aurel Lazar)
- An Agnes Scott Theatrical Enthusiasts Organization is willing to include us on their expeditions to view plays around Atlanta
Member-at-Large (Andrew Nemchik)
- Quigley found his wallet, yay
President (Deech Madhavan)
Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger)
- Actor and Designer Contract has officially been implemented.
- All actors and designers are required to be at Strike
- All must contribute outside of what they're doing as actors or designers
- Show at Actors Express until 13th of February
- ADEPTS people need help with running a quiz show, if you're interested email ad@dramatech.org
TSC:
- Facitilites has not contacted us about the bathroom
- Work on the heater is still under way
- Recomboing has happened, so you may need new combo sheets
LTT!
- NCCAF Festival is in February
- They will need to give official excuses from the university for that
Historian (Graham Sweeney)
Play Reading Committee
- Having a meeting after this meeting.
- Will be done by the end of February
- Ready to present in March
Website Committee
- Will have a meeting on Wednesday
- Have someone to fill in the gap between design and actual website
- Implementation Compromises will have to be made
