EC Meeting January, 13th, 2010

Officer Reports

Business Manager (David Quigley):

• Wants to create a more step-by-step process for Reimbursements
• If you have Reimbursements, they need to be placed in the box
• Ninh's office was flooded

Production Manager (Jessica Gibson):

• Need costumes for Pillowman
• Rehearsals start next week.
• Murder Mystery Nominations

Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas):

• Marketing class is very full, will be able to get stuff done
• Need to get the poster completed by two weeks from Friday
• Pillowman is on a track to be worked out.
• If you want to help.

Secretary (Aurel Lazar):

• No Report.

Member at Large (Andrew Nemchik):

• No Report.

President (Deech Madhavan):

• No Report.

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• Welcome to a new semester.

Committee Reports:

TSC:

• Officially recognizes 2010 as start of a new decade
• New Combo sheets should be going out to crew positions
  • If you find something that doesn't work, they'll fix all of the locks
  • The booth combo has been changed
• Women's Room is out of order

LTT!:

• NCCAF coming up in about a month
• Russell needs money and T-Shirt Sizes
• Will be electing a new pub wolf for next semester; nominations will open next monday.

Historian (Graham):

• No Report.

PRC

• If you haven't filled out the sheet, they need to do it now.
• Starting meetings again next week.
• Plan on having plays chosen within a month and a half.
  • End of February
• All Scripts were distributed electronically as well as via paper copies.
• If people need CDs, Nikky needs to know.

Website Committee:

• They found the missing link.
• They have someone who will connect the dots between Website and Design
• Did not start this report with "We had a meeting."
• Will have a meeting.

Old Business:

• Beautification Day went very well. Deech is pleased with the success of people.

*New Business: *

• This club meeting time is not very good for Quigley, but he may consider skipping the

recitations.

• While costume rooms were being cleaned out, many lockers were found
• Quigley lost a brown leather wallet with two Quigleys in it.
