EC Meeting November 11, 2009

Officer Reports

Business Manager (David Quigley):

• Budget has been submitted to SGA. Will be defending that at some point.
• Bill has been put into SGA.
• If you have reimbursement requests, he needs them in ASAP. He will be frumpy if you turn them in after Monday.
• Needs BADLY NEEDS people to help out with House today. Badly.

Production Manager (Sarah Gorday):

• Last week of the show is going on right. If you don't want to spend 5 dollars on a ticket, help out with house
• Sunday at 1pm is Strike; Cast or Crew required to be here. We are also doing a beautification of the theater. People need to show up to clean it up.
• Calls are out for Producers and the Pillowman in the Spring. Email production@dramatech.org.
• Auditions will be early Spring

Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas):

• Word of Mouth - Marketting for producers, go.

Secretary (Aurel Lazar):

• No Report

Member at Large (Andrew Nemchik):

• No report

President (Deech Madhavan):

• JacketPages sucks

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• Doing lots of stuff
• Will be defending the bill next week, which is important
• Tuesday at 11 and at 7pm
• Set up a new way to track spending with Quigs
• Rental got canceled
• Dead Week Dinner is coming up
  • Tuesday the 1st at 7pm.
  • There is a surprise at the beginning if you want to get free food.

Committee Reports:

TSC:

• TSC will get working on sound system issues
• Reorganizing the Costume Dock; if you want to help purge costumes email ad@dramatech.org

LTT!:

• Friday is the Newbie show.
• Have been accepted for NCCAF.
• Are doing some tournament with a crazy name
• Improvathon XX is on the 20th.
  • 10am on Saturday - Noon on Sunday

Historian (Kat King):

• Historian Search is almost done
• Should have by next week

PRC:

• Exists
• Had a meeting
• Will meet again next week
• Play Submission Sheet will be taken down next week
• Please don't submit duplicates

Website Committee:

• Website is coming along
• Did not have a meeting
• Design pieces need to be sliced in Photoshop so they can be reconstructed in HTML
• Server is up and running to do official coding
• Jon and Mike are working on backend material

Old Business:

• Sarah will be graduating in a month and a day
• Has accepted a job in Cleveland, OH
• The method we have decided to go about this, is next week at the EC a name will be presented
• EC must approve the person
• Club go through a no-confidence vote.
• Dead Week Dinner is on Tuesday and so is the club meeting
• People have qualms about the candidates being "appointed"
• Open Nominations until next EC meeting. Elections on last club meeting? Rushed Nomination process.
• Nominations are open.
