Officer Reports
Business Manager (David Quigley): - Big Envelope is waiting for Ninh's taking - Melissa will get a pile of stuff to make a check request for Falkenberg - A quick turnaround is important - Needs to have a sitdown chat with Ninh - Craig has not been paid - Stuff in the safe needs to be sent out
Production Manager (Sarah Gorday): - Show next week - Set is not finished, detail needs to be taken care of - Tech Sunday is Sunday - Costumes are a bit iffy - Dr. Bob and Melissa will be discussing the status quo - Headshots will be taken tonight - Please remember to lock the shop and the blackbox when you finish working on things
Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas): - The Posters are officially in housing - Sandwich board has been heatgunned and sanded, thanks to Keller and Sarah - Amanda Nummy has answered the call for Sandwich Board - Banner has been ordered, and is ready for pickup - Technique Ad - 425$ is too expensive - Black and White is 225$$. - If it looks good in Black and White, we'll do it as such - Producer's Banner Space has been had - Programs almost ready, in the hallway for proofing - Needs title italicizing - Needs Work Party involvees - Art will be in by mid-day tomorrow - Needs to get a quote for prices - Bleeds or no bleeds? - Technique Review - Heard that the entertainment editor's writer will be out here for preview - They need to come on preview - Headshots - Marketing class designed headshot cabinet - Will look professional-looking - 17 pictures with a label of "Twelfth Night Cast" - Will plot whole thing - Dean Dull Case for left display case: Morgan is in charge - T-Shirts: the back of the shirt was pixelated, but the guy was cool and fixed it - Student Center Plasma TV Advertisements: Will go up soon - Sandwich Board will be whited by Brett and painted by Amanda

President (Deech Madhavan): - PRC email failed - Hopes to have first meeting on week of November 2nd - Hopes to start having regular meeting times
Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - Craig will be sent the stuff - Higher staff for Producers working on it - Legal Contracts are being obtained for hired people here - Has made an Actor Agreement and will make a Designer Agreement - Requirements for time input - Being at Strike - Participating for working at work parties - Peg Shelton has given her lots of names - Malina's first check is proving Red Tape heavy - Trying to get money from VP of Student Services for DDM Night Food - Will be late of DDM Night - Has surgery thursday - Has put thoughts toward hiring designers for producers - Rachel White is doing Direction - Craig is doing Musical Direction - Scenic Design and Choreography found - Lights has not been found
Technical Director (Malina Rodriguez): - Had a great meeting last tuesday - Developed a list of goals, will present goals to EC by next Tuesday - Will meet again tonight after this meeting. - Has made decision that cleaning up during Work Parties is not her job to enforce from this point on. Wants to encourage people to put away their shhh-stuff. - Impressed by our equipment, but wants us to take more responsibility

LTT!: - Two shows with Connect with Tech! this sunday and on the 8th with High Schoolers that are checking out Tech - Three Shows coming up with 12th Night - 13th - Newbie Show - 30th - The Bat - Will be going to Grady High School to teach a workshop and will be using money to pay for NCCAF. - Finally gotten a list of people to help changing the Website - Wants to integrate LTT and DT in a visual way - Improvathon 20, approaching quickly. Will be in a month.
Historian: - Still nobody exists
Website Committee: - Patrick and Mike will be setting up server - Needs people who knows how to make website stuff - Need HTML code monkeys. - Need people that can take the designs and make a website - Will be presenting stuff to the club tomorrow - Showing two pages: Greenroom and Club Face - Want feedback on features: not criticisms, but features
