Officer Reports

Business Manager (David Quigley): - Has done tons of business - Gotten checks and such done - If your name is on his list - Scott - Tamil - Kat King - Sarah - Brittany Roberts - If you have Reimbursement Requests, submit it.

Production Manager (Sarah Gorday): - Show opens next week - Tech Sunday on Sunday - LOTS of work still needs to be done - Saturday Lights, Sunday Set - Show opens Friday, - Preview next thursday - Club Meeting Next week - Risers going op - Ops for 12th Knight - If you want to be a grip, email Doug or Melissa - Head shots are done - Costumes have come in today, meetings have happened and stuff still needs to be gotten over the course of the week - Costume Dock is not Wood DOck storage

Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas): - Twelfth Night stuff has happened - Atlanta Show guide publishing an Ad - Posters, Programs - Sandwich Board will be painted - Banner has been picked and will run 1st and 3rd weeks - Technique Ad will be decided tonight - Technique Review - Photographer comes on Preview

President (Deech Madhavan): - PRC Mailing LIst not functioning - First meeting is schedule for week after opening

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - Has created a lease, sent to Craig, working out the rental of the theater space of Winter Break. - Formal Invitations for Dean Dull have been sent out, lots of GT people invited as of Tonight - Costume and Set Stuff is underway. - Will not be here tomorrow, having surgery on leg
