Officer Reports

Business Manager (David Quigley): - House manager for VT/LTT is Tamil; Posting thing will be posted on door for box office - New system will be implemented so that if you work with Tamil you have a higher chance to learn the ropes on the new system - Call is out for House Manager for 12th Night - Has a couple of interested people

Production Manager (Sarah Gorday): - VT/LTT is this weekend - Risers going up after meeting - Tomorrow is preview - Strike is Sunday at 1pm, Cast or Crew Required here - Saturday will be E-Shop clean-up, Sarah needs to know by Thursday so that - Call is out for ops for Twelfth Night - Sarah needs ops, because apparently it's great and fun - Need help at Work Parties

Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas): - Twelfth Night - Working on getting an ad in the Atlanta Show Guide - VT/LTT - Programs are printed, need volunteers for stapling and folding - Sandwich Board painted - Twelfth Night Posters printed at end of this week - Next Week: Programs being printed, so bios need to be in - Banner for Student Center

Secretary (Aurel Lazar): - No report

Member at Large (Andrew Nemchik): - No Report

President (Deech Madhavan): - Kat has resigned from being Historian, need nominations - Email him for stuff

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - Heard back from Legal about being able to rent theater space - Was in a large meeting about Memorial services for Dean Dull - We are the next and first thing - SGA would like to do a tree and a bench planted somewhere near DT for Dean Dull - Discussions underway about how to get people to come to work parties - MAL project: work party attendance? Diversification of food choices?

Committee Reports:

TSC: - Show things going on right now - Meeting with Malina next week - E-Shop Cleaning on Saturday at 1 - Trash needs to be thrown outside, NOT inside - Sound System Problems? Don't want to screw over shows

LTT!: - VT/LTT! this friday and Saturday - Risers after thing

Historian (Kat King): - Resigns!

Play Reading Committee: - People selected - List of play suggestions will be going up

Website Committee: - More Mockups and such have been thrown together - Mockups should be shown to the club at some point soon - Pretty Pictures exist

Old Business: - Twelfth Night T-Shirts: Quota has been reached, so people need to see if they need more, so submit stuff online - Selling shirts too? Possibility exists

New Business: - Historian Still needed!
