Business Manager (David Quigley):
- BBIF is over, we made money on tickets and such
- Math has not been hammered out
- We won't go under because of BBIF
- Reimbursement Process may be changing, to use a form
- Call has been put out for House Manager for VT/LTT!
Production Manager (Sarah Gorday): - BBIF is done, huzzah, thanks to everyone who helped backstage - Next show is VT - Light and Sound Ops NEEDED by Noon Tomorrow for VT/LTT - Show nights for VT/LTT! is 9/10 of October - Strike - 11th of October - Tech Tuesday - 6th - Work Parties - 1pm on Saturday - Set Parties - 1pm on Sunday
Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas): - VT/LTT! Posters done and in printers - Working on Technique Ad for VT/LTT - Twelfth Night Poster is basically done - Twelfth Night Program is delegated - Got the Twitter account Yaytheater
Secretary (Aurel Lazar): - No Report
Member at Large (Andrew Nemchik): - No Report
President (Deech Madhavan): - PRC call is open in the stairwell - He is now a citizen
Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - Not here
Committee Reports:
TSC: - BBIF is done, Thank God - During BBIF found a problem with the sound system - Malina has been sent the PPM to look over and get a general idea about how we run. - Advice for improval of PPM is needed from everyone who has ever done crew
LTT!: - Bret is LTT's new pub wolf - BBIF is over. - Have shows during VT/LTT! - Newbie Workshops - Mondays at 7:00pm
Historian (Kat King): - Absent
Website Committee: - Website is still happening - Reached the point where discussion can be split into backend and frontend - Have a meeting Thursdays at 11:15 upstairs - Looking for people who are good at UI evaluation
Old Business: - Lobby Art Gallery still accepting forms until tomorrow
New Business: - Dance Marathon requesting help - Needs someone to paint the Sandwich Board for VarietyTech - Changing the name of the organization to YayTheater! - Next club meeting with be VT/LTT! postering/chalking and we will need to put up risers. - At least the box office needs a hard-core cleaning before VT/LTT! if few people would kindly chip in and help clean that area up, it would be greatly appreciated.
