Business Manager (David Quigley) : - Apparently EC Meetings are at 11 - Melissa and Quigs are working on getting Credit “receipts” deposited - Should send out an email to people who have money - Will look at and take care of deposit things - Looking at getting people working for BBIF their checks, but it is full of a lot of red tape
Production Manager (Sarah Gorday): - Still need: - Stage manager - Costume people - Design peoples - Twisting arms to no avail for SMs; Deech for VT, still need one for 12th Night - Auditions next Monday and Tuesday for 12th - Following Sunday and Monday are new days for VT Auditions - BBIF: - Would like to schedule with Matthew and Tech people and Leahy - Call for Ops / Stage Managers for BBIF will go out at the Club Meeting - Work Parties Start this weeking - 1pm Saturday lights - 1pm Sunday – Set - Sunday – Strike for Open House - If you haven’t gotten TSC Combo Sheets please see Sarah - Keys require deposits for all people who do not have the keys - Looking at finishing up a scavenger hunt for freshmen so that they can get Buzzcard access
Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas): - Poster for 12th Night – Morgan has an idea - Marketing Classes are Tuesday at 5:15, subject to change
Secretary (Aurel Lazar): - People need to clean up mail boxes
President (Deech) : - Spoke to Garth at OIT about the collaboration, regarding the stuff he wanted DramaTech’s help with. Revamping OIT website infrastructure, and they want to stage a protest for information, and they need our help. Details are still hazy at the moment, but they need picketers. - Need OIT Syringe Type Pens
Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - Rental Contract for Ferst Center is in; we’re not paying - Ticket sales for that show need to be discussed - We’re required to use their ticketing system for the week that we are in their space
Information has been reviewed about writing the bill for Melina’s salary
Actor’s express has asked if they could borrow our microphones from August 18th through October 12th
Need to talk to Amanda if they want to become a group with the Alumni Association
Budget for next year needs to be discussed

Website - Having a meeting on Thursday - Involving preparatory discussion - Will stick to an agenda - We may be able to get some server space and generally free hosting - Opinions are still split on this issue
LTT! - Did two shows at the Library on Saturday - Don’t have a show on Wednesday - They want to do head in a bucket on both days
TSC - Light bulb upstairs has been notified - Dominions recombo’d - Yanked off some insulation because it was getting soaked and nasty - Malina is on the TSC list - Summer people been removed - If somebody sees a bad combo, find a TSC person to fix it
Open House - It’s happening - Carlin is cementing the acts - We have four experiments - Tonight’s Auditions are Carlin and Quigley - Nikki and Greg tomorrow - Reviewable form of script tonight - 200 Dollars for food budget (may not be enough?) - FODT does food tonight, we have snacks for Wednesday, which leaves 400 bucks and such for Friday and Saturday - Nathan doesn’t have light stuff yet, because we don’t have an official set/riser layout - Lights/Sound/Set not finished
Old Business - We are officially repainting the green room - People need to retrieve stuff from the box from the cubbies
New Business - The Piano will be tuned - We cannot exploit Melissa because of her condition - Quigley is hungry and won’t get lunch until 3 pm - Change reservations system for website for purchases that will be in CFA - Need to clarify relationship with BBIF; we aren’t producing, we are providing a venue - Morgan wants to do a Dean Dull Memorial Service (Right before BBIF) - Morgan is curator - MAL Nomination Tomorrow at 6 at club meeting
