Business Manager (David Quigley) : - BBIF People are getting paid - Reimbursement Powow! - Tamil decided to write a set of instructions for the simplification of the reimbursement process to aid in the foolproofness of it all - Twelfth Night getting money eventually - House Managers needed
Production Manager (Sarah Gorday): - Auditions were past two days - Callbacks tonight - Auditions next week are Sunday and Monday for VT - Still looking for Stage Managers for both shows (assistants for a lot of things) - Looking for stage hand peoples / SMs for BBIF - Needs at least a SM at each location - Email Sarah if you’re interested - Buzzcard Access to Building forms will be here by Monday in the stairwell next to the bulletin board.
Marketing Director (Patrick Lucas): - Just updated the Marquee to reflect BBIF - Point out posters - Need people in the marketing class. Monday at 5:00

President (Deech) : - PRC is starting soon - Play Reading Committee – List will be put up in the stairwell for people to place things on them. - Join it.
Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - Working on BBIF - Working on tons of legal things with the legal department

David has been in contact with GSU Players, if you’re interested in something the GSU players is doing, contact David
Morgan – Memorial for Dean Dull – FoDT does not want to be involved in it. The memorial needs to be done as a club since outside help may be nonexistent; potentially devoting Twelfth Night to him or the entire next season. More than a night. Proposition for a committee? Discussion will be brought up at the next club meeting.
