Production Manager:

• Deathtrap: This Sunday, Preview next Thursday, Opening Night next Friday [Nikky putting up box office sign up sheet on Sunday]
• Have ops [Sarah- lights, Quigley- sound] and special effects [Scott] for Deathtrap

Marketing Director:

• Proof for poster checked today. Should be in by tomorrow. Only printed 250. Need to ration.
• Morgan stepping in to help with marketing for the next few weeks.

Secretary:

• No report.

MAL:

• Working on the sandwich board this weekend. God please help.

President:

• No report

Artistic Director:

• Audited. Handling it.
• Friday is the last day we can use the p-card for a while
• Trying to let 25th reunion group come and have a cocktail group which may lead to a gift- façade renovation

TD:

• Finishing ticket counter. Making shelf.
• Getting counter installed in the clean room.

TSC:

• Shit’s getting built

LTT:

• Shows on Friday’s for Deathtrap
• Working on FASETing

Historian:

• Organizing tapes right now

Open House:

• Meet on Monday at 6pm
