Artistic Director (Greg Abbott): * Winch done * MMDT is going * WSS is going * Got a conflict with WSS and the Chorale concert on the 19th, and a rehearsal is the 10th, we are doing the show as scheduled * CFA had stuff stolen from the costume room, they are thinking of adding locks on two doors (the one between the bathroom and CFA costume room upstairs and the one by the stairway downstairs) we are helping to pay for one of the them * Facade had to be redesigned, it is going to cost more, Greg and Eric are appointed to make decisions on the issue

Technical Director (Brad Wells): * Random Projects were done over break * Sound system has a problem that is being dealt with * Wireless headsets are dead

President (Kelly Lefler): * Open House, please help out, talk to Kelly or Jon O.
