In Attendance: Aditya Madhavan, Sarah Gorday, Kat King, Melissa Foulger, Andrew Bliss, Morgan Miller, Mike Lee, Andrew Nimchik

Officer Reports:

Business Manager (David Quigley):

• Ninh hurt her back and we will not be able to get in touch with her until she is back in the office.
• Melissa and I met
• Open House now has a budget (amount not reported)
• Revenue from the shows has been calculated and will be presented at the next club meeting but if you wish to know sooner you can come ask me about them

Production Manager (Sarah Gorday):

• Deathtrap over, with a post mortem will be tonight
• Calls are out for Twelfth Night and VT/LTT!
• Weapons from Deathtrap have been shipped back
• Audition dates for the two fall shows will be worked out within the next week and posted on the calendar
• Thurs at 6pm there is an MMDT writing meeting, all are welcome
• Need to talk to Melissa about director, choreographer, and music director for The Producers
• Needs budgets for fall shows

Marketing Director (Morgan Miller filling in for Tamil Periasamy who is filling in for Patrick Lucas):

• Review was in the Technique last Friday (pretty good remarks)
• Audition dates will be put up on the marquee once we have them

Secretary (Morgan Miller taking notes for David Quigley who is filling in for Brittany Roberts who is filling in for Aurel Lazar):

• No Report
• Sarah will most likely send out the Weekly Update next week while Brittany is out of town

President (Aditya Madhavan):

• No Report

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• Meeting with Melina tomorrow to go over production schedules
• Craig again emailed about rental of our space (we still have details to work out but it should be fine for him to rent the space). We will need to figure out when and payment.
• Have not heard from Rod about the laminate yet
• Read through the bill procedures, still working on getting through it all (for putting in a bill for a higher TD salary)

Technical Director (Eric Sample):

• Not Present

Committee Reports:

TSC:

• No real report

LTT!:

• No Report

Historian (Kat King):

• Emailed Technique for Deathtrap photos
• Show has been taped (including LTT!)

Website Committee:

• Still no data from Tamil so we are going to start focusing on features that we would like
• Melissa will be contacting Tamil to see if we can get the raw data since he is very busy
• Mike set up that TRAC type thing called Redmine which we will be using to track bugs, changes, and back end stuff for the website

Open House (Andrew Bliss):

• Finally has a budget
• Going to order shirts and the grill either tonight or tomorrow

Old Business:

• We like the Lobby Art Gallery, Morgan will flesh out things and will be presenting a “bill” to the EC in the near future about how things will be run

New Business:

• Deech got an email about doing the grad student expo. Do we want to do it? We think it would be a good idea, a few people will be around to help out. We will figure things out closer to that time.
