• Last Club Meeting for this EC – good luck to next year’s EC – HAH.

Technical Director (Eric Sample) :

• Rod: going to be knocking holes in the wall and putting in the shop sink – but that means that DT will be closed during the break between the semester – do not come, you can’t be here.

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• This Saturday is the Dad’s Garage trip – sign up sheet is in the hallway/stairwell – food: 9, show: 10:30
• Dead Week Dinner might be moved – check weekly update – signup in the hallway/stairwell
• Scholarships – SEND THEM IN NOW – due at midnight
• Ferst Center may help us with ticketing for presale
• Teaching a Class in the fall – Intro to design/acting/stagemanagment; MWF 2:05-2:55; lots of special guests!! Send Melissa your name and GT#ID to register – 3 hours, Free Elective
• If you are involved in a production, and you need to have an excuse for something, like getting out of a test, etc, please do NOT wait until the day of to email Melissa – she probably won’t get it to you – need at least 48 hours

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• Filmed two shows of Jekyll and Hyde – Friday night is our final video taping

• If you have not emailed about a time for auditions, do it soon! Make sure you have emailed her - you HAVE to email Sarah

Logo

• Presentation after New Business
  → Committee meeting since it was formed (duh) and has come up with a final combo of the logo – the logo has been confirmed

Website

• Coding in Progress – it will get done sometime by the end of the summer

• Closed nominations for next year’s officers – elections next Monday
