Business Manager: - Melissa, Nin, and David have had a good long meeting. Working on final reimbursements for the year. IF YOU HAVE A REIMBURSEMENT THAT IS PENDING- GET IT IN ASAP!! (by 12:45pm tomorrow) - New Credit Card Machine! - Deathtrap House Manager call is still open! Email.

Production Manager: - We have a show this weekend! VT/LTT. Friday and Saturday with preview on Thursday. - Deathtrap is coming up soon. Have call out for ops, ASM, and Special Effects Engineer. Email production@dramatech.org if you are interested in any of these positions. - Need to make sure the theater stays clean since Drama Camp will be in the space next week. - VT/LTT Strike is on Sunday!

Marketing Director: - Marketing for VT/LTT. If you want to help with marketing (chalking/posters), email Tamil, Darin, or Joey - Meeting with Open House chairs tomorrow to discuss FASET

Secretary: - No Report

President: - No Report

MAL: - No Report

Artistic Director: - Working on the end of the year money and how much we have left. We don’t have a whole lot left. P-card did not go to SGA but to our Foundation Account- spent the day repairing that. Life is good again. - Drama Camp is next week. Melissa is running it. Will be putting times on the production calendar for the times that DT will be available for use. - Out of town. Friday-Sunday and July 17-August 2. - “The Pillow Man” is the director’s choice play. About 2 brothers and they are arrested for murdering children based on stories that one of the brothers has written. It has 7 people and it’s spooky and fun.

Technical Director: - Clean Room is almost done. Just a few little touches need to be added. Put in first part of the new ticket counter desk so it can be used for VT/LTT. Should be done before Deathtrap. - Facilities waxed the floor last night. It’s shiny.

TSC: - Morgan will be painting the lobby tonight and tomorrow. Come and help! - Updated the plaques. - Morgan will be working on the concession stand. Will hopefully be done by Deathtrap.

LTT: - Doing shows with VT this week for Preview, Friday, and Saturday - Elected Tom as Pub Wolf - We do workshops. - BBIF Staff Meeting on Saturday at 1pm.

Historian: - Not Present

Open House: - We’re having an Open House this fall - If you would like to be on the open house committee, come talk to the chairs (Andy and Carlin) after the meeting - Meeting tomorrow with the Marketing Director tomorrow at 5pm.

Website: - Meeting on Monday. Very Successful. We talked. Very good. - Have a plan with some deadlines, so we can make sure we get some things rolling with some snickers. - Sent email out to EC and others about the current design.
