Business Manager (David Quigley): - Look over how much money LTT has left in their budget and get back to them by Monday - Meet with Nin this week - VT/LTT House Manager- accepting applications until Monday at midnight - Melissa can now sign check requests so they should happen much quicker

Marketing Director (Tamil Periasamy): - We have a Deathtrap Poster - Sandwich board is getting redone - There is also a VT poster design - Bios due Friday for VT/LTT - Ideas for 3rd empty board: Picture of EC, History of Club, etc… - Advertise LTT in headshots for Deathtrap - VT do numbers for Open House?

Production Manager (Sarah Gorday): - Ops for VT (Deech and Julie) - Tech Sunday for VT is a week and a half away - Deathtrap has a cast. Rehearsals start next week. - Production Meeting for Deathtrap probably getting moved to 6pm - No FASET shows

Secretary (Brittany Roberts): - Will be making Upcoming Show panel [have concept]

President (Aditya Madhavan): - Open House chair application stays open until midnight - FASET is going to be a joint effort by Marketing and Open House chair and final say goes to Marketing Director

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): - Should have credit card by VT, if not, we’ll have it by Deathtrap - TD candidate – want her to come in on the 3rd for the next club meeting so that we can meet her - Drama Camp starting soon (don’t leave stuff lying around)

Technical Director (Eric Sample): - Spot platform is being turned into a cleaning closet

TSC: - Focusing on lobby renovations. If you’re interested in helping out with it, email tsc@dramatech.org. Want it to look nice before VT. - Recomboed – Microsoft office doesn’t think this is a word. - Getting close to being done with end of the year spending stuff

LTT: - Set date for fall Improvathon – Nov 21st - We haven’t cast our shows yet for VT/LTT, but it’s happening ASAP once there are directors - Officially closed nominations for pub wolf, so they will be elected on Monday - Andy’s foot and/or butt is falling asleep

Historian - Report from yesterday: Morgan gave her the lowdown yesterday, and she’s ready to go! - Archiving banquet materials (through pictures, not solid objects)

Website: - We have a group together, and we need to get an html/css thing up within the next week or two - Need to figure out backend stuff before they can move on - If all else fails, we’ll make it Two Indian Guys aaaand… something I don’t remember.
