Attendance: 11 people

Business Manager:

• Meeting tomorrow with Melissa. Discussing budgets for summer shows and reimbursement processes.
• Now a whiteboard near reimbursements so that people can write their names on it.

Production Manager:

• VTT auditions went well
• Call for light and sound ops
• June 5,6 at 8pm – with the 4th as preview
• Deathtrap auditions this weekend on Sunday and Monday
• Set parties start this weekend on Sunday
• Key deposit form reinstated

Marketing:

• Call for Deathtrap poster and program designs call
• VTT poster/programs? (Creative marketing will be done because there’s no budget for it) Mainly word of mouth marketing and student printing
• FASET: Putting Open House in charge of FASET? Will be discussed

President:

• Open call for Open House Chair- 1 response so far. Call closed 1 week from today, and he will make his decision in the following week.

Artistic Director:

• Reimbursement training for checks

Technical Director:

• Giant hole and smaller hole
• New counter design
• Giant Home Depot run yesterday
• Moved stuff from old storage to new storage

Website Committee:

• Splitting into subcommittees. Morgan is providing oversight. Tamil main contact and heading up development.
• HTML coding done by the end of the month.
• Rudimentary website should be done by Deathtrap.

Historian:

• Kat King new historian.

LTT:

• Shows for VTT/LTT
• Shows for Deathtrap: June 26 and July 3 and 10
• Elect Pub Wolf nominations close next Monday. Elections the following week.
• Looking to create a website.
• FASET shows?

Old Business:

• Andy is MAL this week

New Business:

• New Logo to be put on banner
• Motion to amend constitution (David Quigley): Add a statement. “ A person may only hold one EC position at a time.” Reasoning: For example, if someone is sitting in for an EC member. Would that position get 2 votes if something is voted on? Should add information about people who fill in for positions for a semester. Motion is tabled. Discussion open.
• MAL Nominations are Open. Nominations will be open until the next club meeting and voting will happen the meeting after that.
