Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Scott McGraw):
* Culture Fest – want an MC for April 6-10h – wanting people to run things
* Cirque de Soleil wants people to help Tech for the workshop (on the 12th of March)

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):
* Not Present

Marketing Director (David Hollis):
* Starting again this week! Jekyll and Hyde, MMDT
* Talking to PCI to put in Jekyll Flyers, getting the class to work on enlarging the big poster for Jekyll

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):
* No Report

MAL (Andy Bliss):
* Not Present

President (Julie Dykas):
* Only going to have 4 EC Meetings after the new EC is elected – need to have a retreat for new and old members – going to send out an email with possible dates to find out when we can do this

Technical Director (Eric Sample):
* Letter came in for Marquee, still waiting for the track

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):
* Met with Matthew about new BBIF, and he has a potential date in mind – wants to know if we can edit to accept credit cards – we need to see if we can work on this – want to try to accept credit cards in advance, but not at the door
* Officially going to be doing a summer camp at the Ferst Center this summer
* Wants to talk about directing DeathTrap

Historian (Morgan Miller):
* Nothing New

Banquet:
*Meetings have – Committee have – reminders gone out for people to think of acts

LTT!:
* Do we know which night is FODT night for Jekyll and Hyde?
* Want to confirm if the fall is LTT!’s anniversary, and if so, want to do a show or something

TSC:
* We have decided on Morgan’s replacement and shall be presenting it later, want to do a lot of cross training between old and new TSC
