Officer Reports

Business Manager (Scott McGraw): * Keller is the House Manager for Arcadia * He will have a sign up sheet in the lobby to sign up to help with house

Production Manager (Carlin Bright): * show going on,
* Put out a call for keeping up with the Jonese crew positions, email carlin if you are interested in anything
* Auditions will be jan 4 and 5 for keeping up with the joneses
* One week later will be Jekyll auditions
* A call for Jekyll will be going out soon but not yet

Marketing Director (David Hollis): * No Report

Secretary (Melinda Ellington): * no report

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger): * need to do more chalking, please help out if you have time
* The directing class is now at 3:05-4:25 Tues and Thurs, if you are interested make sure *Melissa has your name and gt id # so you can be added (there will be a 8-10 people limit)
* Will be working on a theater trip for next semester

MAL (Patrick Lucas): * none

President (Julie Dykas): * if you are interested in doing a promotional video for the library email Julie (info was put out in weekly update)

Technical Director (Eric Sample): * fire marshall came last week, we have the go for fire in the show
