Technical Director (Brad Wells): * Last week DT flooded slightly, it is taken care of * Have audio-vault

President (Kelly Lefler): * Girl’s Night Out is on Saturday- Martha and Kelly are going * Beautification day needs to be a week early this year (August 14th) because we are doing an event for the freshmen on the 20th * Kelly wants to have a social event on next Friday, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, there will be a post * The ACPA meeting on Saturday was successful. We learned how to market to a wider audience

Business Manager (Eric Sample): Turn in receipts

Production Manager (Martha Jaworski): * RR going well * Strike is on Sunday * VT/LTT! waiting for sound op * Need to email Jessica Lindsey about setting up a production meeting * BBIF- needs a stage manager * WSS, email Martha if you are interested * Sunday Martha came in the theater and everything was open and lights on, make sure to lock up the black box

Marketing Director (James Lentini): * FASET was Monday, thanks for the people who showed up Monday * Got an email from PCI (Dan) * RR- going to call Eric about programs * Class is hanging up posters * Big posters are in the student center * VT/LTT flyer is in the works * WSS, haven’t done much yet, advertised at FASET
