* Looking for a House Manager for VT/LTT! and Arcadia

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):
* Shows going well
* All should know that we are not going to be moving Jekyll and Hyde into CFA
* no Preview for VT/LTT!

Marketing Director (David Hollis):
* Posters for VT/LTT! in finally, pick some up and poster please!
* Need volunteers to flyer on Skiles (eventually going to end up on counter with big posters)
* VT Program Draft in Stairwell – please check information

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):

Technical Director (Eric Sample):

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):
* VT is next week! There’s lots to do for the set… please come to set party on Sunday!
* Free Tickets for Cannibal – if you wish to attend please get ahold of Melissa by 10am on Thursday to get tickets
* Told that (and researching) we can get tickets to Wicked for $15 for Oct. 30th – we need 20 people minimum, so tell your friends and email Melinda or Melissa

Historian (Morgan Miller):
* No Report

PRC:
* List that they got – making demographics, meeting on Thursday to discuss the options

LTT!:
* Improvathon in the next couple of weeks
* All 3 shows have directors, but casts are being worked on

TSC
* Theatre is a mess – clean it up!!!!
* Couches need to be brought upstairs
* Working on getting LAWN (hopefully by the next meeting)

* Erika - Thursday – ODK coming by to watch VT/LTT! and want to talk to DT people after the show, especially exec. To talk about possibly joining
* Erika – semi-finalist for Ms. GaTech, and would love for us to vote for her and support her * Robbie – math dept. approached him to get a musical (Calculus the Musical) seen by DT members, and it’s coming through the Student Center – more info to come
