- Need Ops for VT (sound and light), and needed for some additional days before

- Have a poster design for Arcadia

- They like the intimacy of the Black Box – limits design quality for set and light
- In the past, did they have Sunday matinees, and were they well attended? Prolly have to cut Thursday – the size of audience – if we can’t pull in people, it’s not worth it
