Business Manager (Scott McGraw):
* BBIF Today – more positions
* Wants house manager for Arcadia and VT– talk to scott

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):
* SIGN UP FOR THINGS FOR BBIF
* Need Ops for VT (sound and light), and needed for some additional days before

Marketing Director (David Hollis):
* Have a poster design for Arcadia
* list of jobs for Arcadia in stairwell

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):
* NO REPORT

MAL (Patrick Lucas):
* hasn’t gotten any feedback for last club meeting/MAL Office Hours

President (Julie Dykas):
* Got good info from Presidents summit

Technical Director (Eric Sample):
* No Report

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):
* Sign up for stuff please!!!
* Have some feedback on website design – meeting soon
* Cannibal the Musical – show of choice for October (10th) – need to get a count of people going

Historian (Morgan Miller):
* Needs to meet with Dr.Bob (who is here)
* talking to company about getting quotes for turning show tapes into DVDs

* Dean Dull – not doing very well; FoDT wants us to get a card for him – sign it after the meeting
* CFA with Musical – what does the club think?

- Situation Explained  
- Director is not in favor of it  
- They like the intimacy of the Black Box – limits design quality for set and light  
- In the past, did they have Sunday matinees, and were they well attended? Prolly have to cut Thursday – the size of audience – if we can’t pull in people, it’s not worth it  
- Would CFA have issue? Ignore the money thing  
- Outside designers could come in and teach us  
- Email us your opinions
