President (Kelly Lefler): * ACPA meeting * Technical Director- * People came in to inspect the winch

Business Manager (Eric Sample): * Got a call from jerry, he wants to use the theatre for his touring group, told him probably wont happen * Turn in Receipts

Production Manager (Martha Jaworski): * Still haven’t hear back from the op for VT, emailing again * Red Ryder is going pretty well, not many people, good couple of shows * Interested in WSS, email Martha * Need staff for BBIF * Drama Camp is going on right now * Maybe Actor’s night for Red Ryder

Marketing Director (James Lentini): * Need help with posters, putting them up- take some posters and hang them up * The ACPA is this Saturday 10am -noon * Need to know days and time for WSS auditions * Working on getting a blown up copy of poster for student center * Next Week is FASET, will post
