Business Manager (Scott McGraw):

• Two shows for BBIF at under the couch, sign up sheets will be up

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• Need a sound person/designer for VarietyTech, if you are interested, email Carlin
• If you are interested in getting involved in tech stuff email Carlin (we are looking to fill assistant positions for the upcoming shows)
• There will be an information sheet to get Buzzcard access, get in touch with Carlin if you are interested

Marketing Director (David Hollis):

• Looking for ideas for the VT/LTT! and Arcadia poster (design does not need to be finished) would like by the end of the month (sometime next week)

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):

• Late – No Report

MAL (Chris Bimbo):

• No Report

President (Julie Dykas):

• A show is going on 14th Street, student tickets are $15, if you are interested in going let Julie know so she can put a list together for a group discount
• PRC sign up is still in the hallway, please sign up if you are interested. Also please list any shows you are interested in us doing
• Still looking for an Apprentice Historian

Technical Director (Eric Sample):

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• Façade meeting done – we don’t have money – will have to wait a year or two (we have a little in LCC)
• Meeting next week with Betsy and Ninh about PCard and Budget
• Arcadia going well – posted cast list
