* Morgan Miller is the house manager for BBIF; please help us by volunteering!
* Call for House Managers for VT and Arcadia

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):
* We need: Arcadia – Sound and Light Designers * Call for VT/LTT!: Accompanist needed, joint crew positions needed – Master Electrician, Master Carpenter, Lights, Sound, Set – Email Carlin if interested * If you have a key, give it back to Carlin

Marketing Director (David Hollis):
* Call for Posters for Arcadia and VT/LTT – please have rough drafts in by end of the month
* Incorrect information on DT letterhead – design call for a new letterhead

* Thanks to everyone who came to beautification day last week! List of chores in the stairwell for those who didn’t help.
* Call for the PRC – signup in the stairwell; new and old people please!
* Call for Apprentice Historian to replace Morgan at the end of the year.
* Bulletin Board redone! Look, be in awe and USE (properly)
* Please Lock up and turn off lights if you’re the last one in DT at night (“close up”).

Technical Director (Eric Sample):
* Beautification went well

Artistic Director (Melissa):
* Her office is located in Skiles – come and talk to her any time
* Auditions for Arcadia! Come Audition

Committee Reports

Historian (Morgan Miller):
* FoDT going to archives on Saturday to help answer some questions
* Waiting to hear back from Dr.Bob about donated posters and programs
* Plaque in the lobby for Greg. Poster hanging shall resume.

TSC
* Recombo done this weekend and booth cleaned, please keep it clean!
* If there’s anything wrong, let them know and they’ll try to fix it
* Scott fixed doors to the BlackBox

LTT!:
* Freshman shows doing well
* Talk to us!!!!!!!!! We would love to have any and all newbies!
* Workshops on Monday at 7PM and Saturdays at 10AM, all comers are welcome.
