Technical Director (Brad Wells): * Tried to buy audio-vault, failed, try next fiscal year * Busy with show

President (Kelly Lefler): * ACPA- need to send EC people to it, opportunity to see what is happening in the Atlanta area * Girls night out, need a volunteer (Martha) * Contacted by Popeye’s Lisa Summer, Need 7-10 student actors for promo, mock protest, will be paid, will post about it later * Club meeting tomorrow * Who is in charge of new signs around campus, signs are wrong

Business Manager (Eric Sample): * Turn in Receipts * Buzz Card system is almost done * Tours for the CRC were canceled yesterday, now Thursday

Production Manager (Martha Jaworski): * Red Ryder opens on Friday, moving along * BBIF is going well, will email to find out progress * WSS, if you want to do something email Martha * Buzz Card, will post this afternoon about how to get info form people to put people in system

Marketing Director (James Lentini): * Posters are supposed to arrive today * Postcards are here, let’s hand them out * Emailed, many people about getting ads, creative lofting etc, * Sent invitations to FoDT * Probably not going to mail out postcards * Program will be printed this afternoon
