The Executive Council of DramaTech Theater gets together with the heads of the committees in DramaTech to discuss what is happening in the theater on average once a week. Each member of the council gives a report on what happened since the last meeting in his or her section of the theater. The committees then report on what each committee is working on, such as LTT reporting about Improvathon, and the PRC reporting on how close they are to having plays to choose from. Any concerns about the club are also brought up at this meeting, such as budget changes, changing or adding positions to the club, and scheduling club meetings.
